The mission of the Denver Center for Democracy is:
- to educate the public concerning the responsibilities and necessity of a strong and responsive democracy;
- to research issues and technology to implement and support direct democracy;
- to sponsor seminars and other educational events where community leaders, governmental representatives, and other concerned members of the public may meet to exchange ideas, suggest solutions, and implement strategies to improve democracy at a local, national, and worldwide scope.
